My Israel Trip, June 6th - June 15th 2000This site is all about my first pilgrimage to Israel. You will find information about the places I visited, my thoughts and feelings about these places and copies of my favourite photos taken throughout the visit. I have divided the site into three main sections based on our two bases, Jerusalem and Galilee and the third section, schools, is about the three "Living Stones" that we also visited. There is also a chance for you to let others know about your experiences - either on pilgrimage, visiting other holy sites, how you found god or anything else! I think I expected a few places to be busier like the Western (Wailing) Wall and Ben Yehuda street, but the Via Dolorosa (the route of the cross) couldn’t have been any busier with us going in the opposite direction up the streets of the old city when all the Muslims were coming down back from the mosque!
